I bought a cake for my dog birthday the cake was pricey and taste was worst my dog didnt like it at all was too tight too chew full of color i dont know what it was made of i spend 1800 for a tiny cake of 300gm with two balloons one candle
The cake was wonderful my dogs loved it and my dog turned 5 years old and the birthday was the best gift and food for him

I ordered a cake with ragi base and banana filling for my dog's 11th birthday and she absolutely loved it!! ordering on the website was super easy and the staff was even extremely helpful with any queries that I had over the phone! on time delivery too. 10/10 experience, will definitely order from here again!

I've been ordering since they started in Bangalore as they had really good chicken jerky for dogs which was all natural and my cat and dog both love it. They also make customised baked cakes and biscuits for dogs for birthdays and special occasions that are delivered. The customer service is also very respectful and accomodating.

Ordered cup cakes and pizza for Barneys birthday. The pizzas were dry and hard. The dog refused to take a single bite. The topping in the pizza was equally horrible and our puppy refused to eat it.
Cup cakes were pathetic too. Dry and felt stale.
Unfortunately our puppy did not enjoy his first birthday like we would have liked it.
Very disappointed. Especially since we have to depend on the online fact since we are not consuming it.

I ordered a Food Mat from their website for my pet dog worth Rs 350.
The product image on the website described it as a “feeding mat” which gives a view that this “mat” is made up of rubber or cotton which can be washed and reused.
First of all, they forgot that they had to deliver a product. I had to follow up multiple times with them to get this order delivered.
Secondly, I had ordered a purple coloured mat and what they have sent is blue and green.
Thirdly, THE MOST SHOCKING DISAPPOINTMENT: THIS WAS NOT A FEEDING MAT.
They printed the image on a sheet of paper and laminated it with plastic and sent it to me and called that a feeding mat!
For Rs 350?!
I could have done that too -_-
And no where on the product description was it written this would be a laminated sheet of paper !
No refunds. No response back to my WhatsApp messages were given.
Extremely poor experience with this shop.
Please do not order anything else apart from Dog food from them!

I ordered cake for my pet 6th birthday. When I received it was deshaped and completely ruined. This is high disappointment for delivery part. It was handled with carelessness and received in poor condition.
Have been ordering from them from a while but yesterday’s delivery was really disappointing. Due to multiple clubbed orders and bad packing material the frozen items arrived in a very bad condition, with their papers cups leaking and paper getting mixed in the food. Better delivery and packaging is expected specially after charging the extra delivery fee and taxes. Very disappointing experience unfortunately. The delivery arrived way beyond the mentioned time, almost 2 hours late. There is no point of mentioning the time if it is never going to be met. Already the products are expensive
